In this 10-week program, we will explore the principles of intuitive eating. You will learn to
connect with your body, recognize physical sensations, respond to biological cues such as
hunger and satiety, and address emotional needs with compassion. Each week, you will
receive new tools to help you make peace with food and rebuild your relationship with your
body.
The group is limited to a maximum of 10 participants to ensure that I can provide individual
attention to everyone throughout the program. This also guarantees that the group remains a
safe and supportive space for all participants.
This group is for you if:
- You want to improve your relationship with food and feel better in your body.
- You are stuck in the diet cycle.
- You feel guilt and shame when you eat "wrong".
- You binge or feel out of control with food.
- Food takes up too much space in your mind.
- You would like to learn about Intuitive Eating.

• Ten 60-minute sessions: Weekly live sessions where we will explore the principles of
intuitive eating.
• Session recordings: Couldn't make it to a session? No worries. Access the recordings at your convenience. This allows you to review and reflect on the valuable insights and guidance shared.
• Work materials and assignments: Throughout the programme, you will be given practical tools and strategies to help you in the process of making peace with food.
• Studies that support the EI Principles: We provide access to studies and research material that support the basic principles of Intuitive Eating.
• Access to the WhatsApp community group: Join our supportive community on WhatsApp. Here you can connect with other participants who are also on the path to breaking free from the diet culture.

Learn strategies to use on the bad body days, and how to take care of your body through acceptance and self-love.
Session 6: Unconditional permission to eat.
Make peace with food by eliminating rules and labels.
Enjoy eating without guilt.
Session 7: Mindful eating and emotional hunger.
Practice the elements of mindful eating; recognize your emotions and acquire tools to navigate them.
Session 8: Satiety and pleasure
Feel your satiety and discover the pleasure of eating through your senses.
Session 9: Movement is not a punishment
Enjoy movement as a source of satisfaction, not punishment.
Stop associating exercise with weight.
Session 10: Gentle Nutrition
Explore balanced nutrition and how different foods feel in your body; plan your meals without feeling like you are on another diet.
